A ground breaking Passive House Community Hub

Following a competitive interview process, we were appointed in November 2017 to design a Community Hub in the White City area of Gloucester, one of the 10% most deprived areas in the country. It will be a ground breaking building designed to Passive House Standards with zero energy costs. The building will be flexible in use to allow a range of activities for all ages; from 5-a-side football, badminton, weddings, pre-school playgroup, talks, concerts, fitness classes, skills training to one-to-one consultation. The spaces include a large hall, 2 smaller halls, a gym, lettable office space, training rooms, changing facilities, café/bar, sensory room and consultation rooms.
