Brunswick Road

This is the “re-conversion” of a pair of Victorian houses in the St Michael’s Square Conservation Area which had previously been converted into offices; the project was to convert the building into 12 two roomed flats with separated kitchens to allow them to be occupied 2 individuals or a couple.

The work included renewal of roof coverings, restoration of stone and terra cotta detailing, basement damp proofing and upgrading the thermal performance of the building.
