Ruskin Square multi-storey car park refurbishment and external landscaping which forms part of the Croydon Gateway estate has achieved Practical Completion in January 2017 and is being operated by Jones Lang Lasalle. The concrete structure and façade have been fully restored to give the building a new lease of life. From a building which was tarnished by anti social behaviour, it now provides a safe, accessible and modern internal environment for motorists, commuters from East Croydon Station and residents of the new Ruskin Square commercial and residential development.
