Parking & Property is an annual one day seminar for developers, owners and operators of public and private off-street parking facilities. Mark will be speaking about how design, maintenance and refurbishment of parking areas can revive and reinvent to make them an attractive gateway but also how these projects should be costed, planned and implemented.
