This Grade 2 listed house is located in the centre of the historic town of Malmesbury, Wiltshire. The 19thCentury stone extension which was built as a brewery has been converted from the previous use as a garage to create a large new living room with underfloor heating and a wood burning stove. The new roof structure was constructed in green oak with a purpose made oak and steel truss at ridge level.

A frameless glazed link joins the new living room with the remainder of the house.
