Full planning permission has been granted by Milton Keynes Local Authority for 184 new homes in Bletchley town centre combining a scheme with a mix of 2-3 bedroomed flats, 4 bedroomed townhouses, mixed use and car parking at ground floor levels arranged around podium gardens at first floor levels. Our proposal has been refined following extensive consultation with the various Town Councils, and local community and will represent a sizable private-sector investment into Bletchley Town Centre by Investec and CBRE.
