A development of 7 houses on the edge of a village in Essex; the houses ranged in size from a 300m2 house with adjoining triple garage to a terrace of 3 cottages. The houses were timber framed with a variety of traditional cladding; brick and black stained feather edged board, brick and flint, render and oak framing.
The houses are of timber frame construction with high levels of thermal insulation.
The traditional exteriors mask modern kitchen and bathroom interiors.
